Post 6

Well this is the final post for this blog. The goal I set for this six to seven weeks have been meet to a degree. Over this past week I have done much to get this goal down to its final point. I have taken notes like no other due to the upcoming exams. I have worked a lot on my writing speed and neatness. I've taken notes on the final exam study guides and rewrote them multiple times to prepare and meet my goals. That wasn't the only thing I have done throughout this week. I have also learned something new; this new piece of knowledge is that soldering a piece of steel to a piece of nickel-silver is a complete pain in the butt. The two materials have two completely different melting points. Not only does the steel have the match the curve of the band of nickel-silver. The surface of the contact points on both pieces of metal have to be spotless. Not one piece of dust at all. Then you need to heat both metals until both are a dull red, then you need to put the solder down one the two pieces of metal where a bond can form. Next you need to wait ten minutes for the entire piece to cool down to a point before putting it in water for the chance of it condensing to rapidly which makes the piece falls apart. If none of this is done then, your project falls.
Last but not least. I have a set of new goals for the next school year. My first goal is to actually study for the majority of my classes. I have been doing well but, I lack studying skills and need to work on that so I thought that should be one of my goals. Secondly it to read faster, I just need to read faster. Lastly is the goal is to keep my stuff organized. Things got messy this year and next year that needs to change. That is all for this Post and a final goodbye to everyone.
